Wow! So good! I love a good fantasy romance and this hit the spot!
3 stars purely for the vibes. It was fun, it was short.
Predictable plot and even if it wasn’t the foreshadowing was about as subtle as a brick to the face.

Very straight-forward read. Simple and easy to follow along, little predictable but still entertaining. Same vibe as ACOTAR just simplified: Magic, slow burn, war, etc. Glad I was able to read it and excited to see where the author goes from here!
I didn’t like this at all. The romance happened very quickly. I feel that the main character trusted her kidnappers way too easily. The writing in itself brought me back to my wattpad era. The storyline idea was good but zero character development. I struggled to finish this and don’t think I can continue when the rest of the series comes out.

Started ok, got worse. Couldn’t finish it. It’s always disappointing when authors think spice replaces the need for an actual plot. It also fills me with instant rage when the male refers to the female as ‘good little girl’ or ‘pretty girl’ in spicy bits. Why? Just no. There was no real development in the actual love story, I got to chapter 24.
Spoilers to follow: oh my mother was just killed by my not father, I’m so sad, giving him a bj will make me feel heaps better. Really? Nope. Not for me thanks
