I enjoyed this but I felt like some things just sort of happened and I had to go along with it just bc it was a short story. I would’ve preferred it if it was longer bc some of the parts like the “romances” - eugh i don’t even know what to call them - were underdeveloped and I didn’t get them. I also didn’t fully understand her relationship with her parents and I just wanted more from it. Still a good, bittersweet and well written read.
