When I first saw the cover for this book, my reaction was to grab it. A man and a horse, how can you go wrong? Never did I think I would be on a journey so beautiful, full of love, tears, and loss. Molly has loved Guy all her life. He is her brother's best friend and from childhood, that crush had turned into love. When the two finally gave into their feelings, Guy, and her brother Amos were on their way to serve our country. Would they be back? And what would their life be like when they returned? I absolutely love Molly. She is a strong woman, and no matter the circumstance, plowed through and made the best of it. Guy is a complex man, and needs the love of that strong woman. With real life issues of loss and PTSD, we get to live their lives, and you will tear up, if not ugly cry through it. It's heart wrenching and heart warming. I loved it!

The narration by Lacy Laurel will leave you with a book hangover! She pours every emotion into this story, you can hear her perform through her own tears as the story goes on, and feel the love as life gets better. She brought the story through each climactic point with me hanging on to the story, wanting more and see where Molly's life was going to take her. Jeremy York's portrayal of Guy is just as emotional as Guy comes to terms with his life and his love. It's truly a beautifully narrated story.

Royal Atlas has all the boxes checked.
Brother's Best Friend
Childhood history
tragic loss
A healing love
generations of love

I'm trying not to cry while I type this but Royal Atlas is a beautifully written story. It had heartache and joy. HJ Bellus makes you FEEL it. The narrators make you a part of it. This story will envelop you in its words and take you through its pages without you even realizing you've been adopted by the ranch. Just be prepared when it's over for the loss you feel....reality just isn't the same with Amos, Guy, Grandpa, Molly, and company.

I will be bringing on the rest of this amazing series.

*Warning: You will need tissues while reading this book*

I don't even know where to start with this emotional soul touching book. Seriously. I laughed and I cried. I fully experienced every single moment of Molly and Guy's life-changing utterly epic romance. I stayed up all night to finish this book because I just couldn't put it down. Royal Atlas is steamy, romantic, hilarious, and heart wrenching.

I really loved the inclusion of the Amos-isms starting off each chapter. They were a great way to help my tears change from emotional tears to humorous tears. I think I highlighted everyone, because I want to remember them for later.

I love this author and every time she has a new book I one click her books. But OMG this book by far is the best she has written. This Book will bring every emotion out from you, a book has not had me laugh and cry so hard in a long time.

I loved how she started and ended the book with the future, it made the story more interesting. The love story was so beautiful written, I fell in love with Molly and Guy. The only warning I will give is to read the story when you have time because you will cry. Thanks H.J. Bellus for bringing such a beautiful emotional story and I can't wait what else you will write.

"Told your Daddy so many years ago, that I'd protect you over everything.
You are my Molly. My Love and everything, I could never live without you, baby."

A ★★★★✩ 4.5 stars caramel chews read!

Wow this author does it again! She tugged and pulled my heart into a love story that had me feeling deep for the characters and their background and falling hard for Molly Marshall and Guy Webb.

Cowboy and Princess, baby.

This read had a Notebook by Nicolas Sparks type feel. The story takes place back to a time of young kids, falling in love, and the headaches and hardships when faced with a tragedy a family wishes would never happened. Which in turn lead to being broken and falling apart between characters and the struggles to move on; which of course is never easy. The guilt was a factor that one could not let go but how everything all came together was just perfect for them and their ranch life.

One thing I really enjoyed reading is the strong bond the family has with one another over the time. It what makes reliving history so much more when retelling the story to the newer generations. And that ending....OMG the tears! <3 True love and soul mates forever...

Royal Love Book One.

This story is told as a family story for a girl's report.

Molly Marshall has lived on her family's horse farm all of her life, and she has been in love with Guy Webb for just as long. As the best friend of Molly's brother, Amos, Guy hasn't been able to tell her that he feels the same, until he comes back for her high school graduation. The next time he comes back is so steeped in pain, the two cannot truly connect. To heal, Molly's grandfather assigns Guy to the stables to help Molly train the horses. Working with Molly's new horse, Royal Atlas, allows Guy to heal.

If you're looking for a story about generations of love and heartbreak, this is the book for you! However, have a box or two of tissues, because this book will rip your heart out and stomp on it several times right up until the end.
