this book felt entirely unnecessary and the whole first quarter was the most disgusting ego petting ever. why was this even nominated for the choice awards? I saw no interesting or redeeming qualities .

I highly recommend this book! I enjoyed it as much as chasing the boogeyman. I thoroughly enjoy Richard Chizmar’s writing style in these two books. The mix of true and fiction makes it all feel so real! Like you could just google the story at anytime and find out more details. And then at the end to get to hear what parts were true and not true. I remember when I listened to chasing the boogeyman not knowing til the end which parts were which. Then listening to this book forgetting that it was fiction at all! Pulls you right in to the story! Not to mention the narrator of the audio books Chris Andrew Ciulla! Great job!! Hope any who decides to journey on this adventure enjoys it as much as I did!!
