Ali Hazelwood just really knocks it out of the park with this one. I love the characters and Bee is hilarious.
I read TLH before this and really loved the science/academia FMC and long-yearning grumpy MMC. So I don't mind the similarities here. Ali has found a formula that works, and I am here for every single one of them!

4.5 estrellitas. Me gustó mucho, más que la hipótesis del amor. Amo a Levi, por favor. Bee es la mejor, también la amo.

Delightful. Brilliant neurologist falls for her NASA partner. Sweet, funny and very sexy - plus a bit of mystery foul play. Not great lit but a fun page turner.

I loved it, idc what people say, idc if they think that women in STEM, nerdy remarks and grumpy/sunshine trope is the only thing Ali can write, because even if it was : SHE DOES IT SO WELL.
It is true that the main things repeat themselves like huge guy and tiny girl and guy saves girl from a fucking psycho, etc.? Yes. Am I mad about it?? No. Will it become my favorite book?? Nope. Will I keep reading Ali's books? Yes! (For now) because I enjoy reading it, even if the story kinda repeats.
So I respect and understand that people had opinions about the book not meeting their expectations. But that won't stop me from reading her future releases.
I read the book in 2 days, I fell in love with Levi, wanted to be Bee, and realised how happy I am to be a women in STEM.
I obvvvviously loved tlh but duuuude I think I like lotb more... can it be possible??? Can I prefer Levi over Adam??? GOD I CAN'T WITH THE EMOTIONS
Also (spoiler) their ceremony date (and Marie Curie's as well) is my bday and that made me so excited.

I love, love, love Alis books.
The sweet Grumpy- Sunshine story with actual intellectual characters in a very realistic setting.
A very strong second book for the young author. It was not as strong as the Love Hypothesis, but I can't wait for the next read from Ali Hazelwood.

This series can be classified as romance novels for gigantic nerds, which is a compliment, obviously. I found it super iteresting how this love story takes place in the labs of a completley different scientific field. As the aforementioned 'gogantic nerd' I really liked all the science detail, but will not be doing any fact checking so hopefully I learned stuff and enjoyed this story.
