Here I am writing another review for a book that I read just over a year ago...

From what I remember, I really liked this and I would even consider re-reading this every few New Years.

2.5. This reminded me of the British movie “love actually” with all the intertwined stories & characters, but not as good lol. The humor was mid & I was so tired of Minnie complaining about having bad luck (clearly, her name is freakin Minnie Cooper). I also felt like the romance was lacking considering this a “romcom”.

3.5 rounded down to a 3 because my gut told me to. Basic story. Ok read. Parts of the plot are pretty predictable.

I know I’m a sucker for romance novels but I really enjoyed this book and the characters! Also kind of love that this takes place in a 2020 where covid doesn’t exist.

I really enjoyed this. It’s so much more than your everyday romance novel and the way it weaved the story through time was really interesting and well done.
