I really enjoyed this. I do agree the second half dragged a little at points but I loved the ending.

Pacing was weird in the middle, had a bit of a lag. But I can’t complain bc I fw lesbian latin american vampires. Also proud of myself for branching into new genres! (Set in Latin America, horror/thriller)

this is such a remarkable read wow! i love the dual timelines and the way these women converge. this was so sensual and evocative, and the mystery complimented that. and that ending!!! i love a morally grey woman. i love a woman choosing for herself. this was such a wonderful look at trauma and grief, too. i just really adored this.
