Amazing from start to finish. I loved the development of Draco and Harry. It was nice to see someone in Slytherin do something good!

2.5-ish?

DID NOT FINISH: 99%

While I finished even one star is to much…

Jack Thorne, I seriously doubt that he properly read Harry Potter. I have read books written by many foolish writers, but this guy clearly takes the throne.
Writing about time turners with absolutely no idea how time works.
It pains me to see J.K. Rowling written large on the cover. The book is a disgrace to the whole series.

Wow, just wow!

I'll be honest, for the first 3rd of this book I HATED it. It felt like somebody had taken a huge dump on my childhood.

The Potter world is irresistible though and inevitably it won me over by the end.

The characterisation is a bit iffy - Ron seems to have become a dithering boob and Harry starts off as a lousy parent. I liked Scorpius though; he was adorable.

I'm surprised that I started enjoying it (considering the depth of sulking that I went through in the early parts), but enjoy it I did. There's something, well, magical about the Potter universe and this was lovingly (if not always competently) executed.

Update: Reduced to 2 stars, because it really was quite crap.

Only took me 5 months to finish...
