After reading a short story of his, finding out he had two novels was exciting. I ripped and roared through this novel and I’m a little sad to put it down.
There are some heavy themes and to “enjoy” a story like this is inappropriate to describe this as. I enjoy the writing. I enjoy the character development, but the plot of this story is too real to enjoy.
I am starting my MA again soon and I hope to focus on this author as a main influence.
