This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews MG this book is amazing!!! I had heard a lot of chatter about it on twitter and I read the first two chapters on Aven Ellis' blog and I was hooked. I instantly went to Amazon and 1-clicked this baby. I then bumped it to the top of my TBR pile.
Suzie is in love with Harry and has been for a LONG time. But she is too damn scared to tell him. What if it ruins the friendship that they have. Having him as friend means everything to her and if she lost him completely she doesn't know what she would do.
Harry is sweet and kind but he's got a reputation for not getting serious. He decides to push the website into something bigger by finding the perfect proposal. How is he going to do that you ask? well he has 100 proposals to plan and who is he going to ask Suzie of course. To say that Suzie was less than enthusiastic about this idea is an understatement. How can she listen to the guy she loves ask her to marry him 100 times and know that he doesn't mean a single one of them. It's going to break her heart.
There are with some very original proposals and I think if my boyfriend asked me anyone of them I would say yes. But I have to say my favourite proposal is the one from the prologue.
This book really pulls at your heartstrings. You see their friendship going through ups and downs throughout the book and you start to wonder if there even going to finish the 100 proposals let alone anything else.
I literally Loved every page I couldn't put it down then realised I was 70% done and didn't want to end. I read the last few chapters extremely slowly because I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to these characters.

I thought this book was beautiful. I absolutely loved Harry and Suzie together. The romance was slow but great. I loved their relationship. I get that both had feelings for each other for a long time but they could never reveal it for fear of rejection. But sometimes I got really agitated when there were so many opportunities, so many openings for a conversation where they could honestly tell each other how they felt. Despite them kissing that time, Suzie played it off as a reaction to a life-threatening incident. And then she fell down during the lantern show where she missed the 'I love you' spelled. Not to mention the night where they almost had sex on the beach. Basically, it was kinda dragged to make it happen till the end. One thing I really loved was Harry's secret blog. That's where he disclosed his real feelings towards Suzie and shared them with his fans. It was so cute! And despite this book being from only Suzie's point of view, I loved how we got Harry's perspective from the blog posts. Ultimately, I loved and adored this book a lot!
I'm a sucker for a good romance. But I've also gotten picky in recent years, with a glut of mediocre books. This one is well-written, the characters are likeable, it's mostly clean (although the tension creates enough implied steaminess) and all-around enjoyable.
Read it in 24 hours! Omg the amount of thought that had to go into each proposal was insane!! I giggled and laughed and there were obviously times I wanted to bang their heads together but it wouldn’t be a Holly Martin book otherwise
This was a buddy read with Mel from Melanie’s Read an author she loves and I must be honest one I haven’t read much of myself. This book is basically what the title says… One hundred proposals. Imagine that. All over the world. All different scenarios, settings and very imaginative. Some of them were pure perfect but the one thing is why won’t she say yes? That’s because she believes they aren’t true proposals and that they’re just research and ideas to broaden their shared business.
However this man is not giving up on her and he is determined to get that yes! The ending is beautiful and there was a certain parts in this story that actually made me tear up learning all about this incredible man. A beautiful story. A romantic story. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed it. A well deserved four stars from me and I cannot wait to read more Holly Martin in the future.

One Hundred Proposals by Holly Martin
‘Is there really such a thing as a perfect proposal?
Over the next hundred days I intend to find out. I will find one hundred ways to propose to our Chief Proposer Suzie McKenzie and post the results here for your enjoyment. One thing’s for sure, not one of my proposals will be on top of the Eiffel Tower with a dozen red roses.’
Best friends Suzie and Harry are partners in romance. That is, they run the.PerfectProposal.com, coming to the aid of would-be grooms to create the ultimate marriage proposal.
But when Harry decides to catapult the business into the big leagues with a PR stunt all Suzie can see is a hundred days of heartbreak stretching ahead of her. But however exotic the location, or breath-takingly romantic the setting, Suzie has to keep remembering that ‘Marry Me?’ is the one question she can’t say yes to.
For those of you that have been following my reviews for a while you will know that I am slowly working my way through Holly's books. This is a lovely, easy book to read. A fun and light-hearted story that will be enjoyed by any fans of Holly Martin. I have yet to find a book by Holly that I didn't like.

I loved this authors previous book, The Guestbook, and couldn't wait to get stuck into this one.
This was a sweet romantic read. The premise of it is an original one, a business being set up providing the 'perfect' marriage proposal. Some of the scenarios are quite elaborate to say the least!
The added bonus for me was that the main characters run a blog at the same time. I instantly felt a connection to the story when this was introduced.
I loved the connection the characters had to each other, almost without realising it. As that realisation came to fruition the dynamics changed and that was very well done also.
Another author I will be watching in the future.

Both sweet and frustrating. Martin plays with the audience--both the fictional audience in the book and the readers (how meta)--by keeping two lovebirds apart for as long as she possible can. You will find yourself tearing your hair out in the way she intends as you wait for the two main characters to finally realize the other's love.
