The plot thickens and we get a lot of information on why and how Kamala got her powers.
Also, Wolverine!!!
Can't wait to dive right into the next volume.

It's fun to read a superhero who is just delightfully happy to help.

I didn't think I would be continuing on with this series when I picked up volume 1 but then I was impressed. Vol 2 is great, I love the art by Takeshi Miyazawa, the manga vibe is really cool. In general, I like how Kamala is able to express her needs verbaly and has such a big heart. She cares for cats and the people in the city. I was abit confused by the end of the world issue. But I would still recommend this!

This was my intro to the Kamala Khan/Ms Marvel series! It's been years since I read any superhero comics so the pacing and storytelling style took a while to get used to. I would have utterly loved to have something like this in the shelves when I was younger! This was great for some much-needed light reading - some scenes really stood out and I adore how expressive the portraiture is in the artwork. I'm looking forward to checking more out.
