I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was dark and chilling and all 4 stories drew me in. I found myself really getting invested in the characters and their stories and even feeling sorry for some of them.
I liked the fact that the main character Jack was speaking TO us and that it almost felt like watching a documentary. I love true crime shows and this felt like watching one (fiction or true)
This book was super emotional, a rollercoaster in fact and I'm actually really looking forward to reading the next book.

Interesting and creepy quick listen. It reminds me of Ray Bradbury Theatre for some reason in the way the story was told.
I did think it was going to be more graphic and delve a bit deeper than it did.
I’m simultaneously invested and quick to forget the story being told. It didn’t impact me in a lasting way or settle in my mind like a psychological horror. But something did stick with me about how we perceive ourselves and others after finishing the book.
