I think this book was over-hyped. I found it to be “meh”. I was looking for a stand alone after readying so many series, but was left unsatisfied. Several conversations were tough to follow bc you couldn’t decipher exactly who was speaking.

One of my favorite reads this year! The plot twist was unforseeable! The characters grew on me and the love story was toxic and then so cute.
