Wow. I picked up this book just out of interest and didn’t expect to love it so much. It definitely had the after feel storyline’s to it but it’s so different and a lot less toxic. I loved how they developed all the characters and how Cooper spoke about his feelings for Mac and how his feelings seemed to develop naturally. Didn’t love how quickly Mac forgave Cooper but, I can understand it for the plot of the book. Love that we’re already getting a book about Evan and Genevieve too!

Basic romance plot —> rich vs poor, boy and girl in a beach town. In saying that this was an easy book to read a good page turner!

I really loved both main characters - it is especially awesome to see a strong female character with aspirations and ideas that don’t get lost in all the mess of a relationship
