This book is super funny and a great summer read! It’s a small-town beach story with found family, townies vs. clones, and a touch of grump/sunshine. It’s fun and easygoing—nothing mind-blowing, but that’s not what it’s aiming to be. The audiobook is really well done, too!

It was fine, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Very much like Outer Banks without any drama. It was unecessarily long, and the ending was SO abrupt, but it was fine. Other than the spice, the spice was terrible...

I think I would have enjoyed this book a lot more had the FMC not been in a relationship for the first half of the book. I know that’s the point of the story but her cheating on her piece of shit boyfriend gave me the ick. I almost DNFed because of that but wanted to stick around for Cooper because he has me intrigued as the MMC. I enjoyed the second half of the book but felt as though it ended abruptly.

i’ve read it in less than two days. another one, thank u.

This was good but it was an average, cliché love story.

Another good trashy quick summer beach read book. Romantic - enemies to lovers - type book. About a girl who comes from money, has the perfect life, meets a boy who’s a broke , loser townie. Book goes back and forth from both POV. It’s very sultry?? lol

Nice, easy romance with a sprinkle of spice.

Some of character stuff was a bit over the top… 20yo multi millionaire tech developer walks into a hotel to buy it…. Sounds like the beginning of a dad joke.

tired.  all the tropes, none of the chemistry.  I was barely rooting for these two - I’m so sick of rich kid/poor kid and all of the damage imperfect parents cause being the sole source of connection.  time for me to switch genres, I suspect, but the issue with this one wasn’t that it came on the heels of so many others, so much as it was 1000% mediocre.
