I will say this is firmly continuing my "cowboy era". These characters were so damn lovable and the tension built was so so good. I love so many of the small tropes trickled into the story, and the care each of them hold for each other in the story. I am such a sucker for what I call "shitty romance novel" - 
( none are ever shitty I just happen to reread the same story in a different font over and over and my friends make fun of me for it) 
and this was just amazing to almost cleanse my pallet of harsh school readings as well as the dense fantasy I've been reading. Just know my boots have been on my feet, and the other in this series are on my TBR like yesterday !

Really enjoyed this and blew through it. I loved Summer and Rhett. And Kip was the best, even as flawed as he was.

I will definitely be picking up the rest of this series.
