I love Olivia’s work and this book was no exception.
She flawlessly picked up where she left off in book 1. Lore is my favorite book boyfriend ever. Lots of plot twists that will keep you on your toes. I highly recommend this series.

4 ⭐️/5… Second book in the trilogy and I’m still loving this series so far. The second one was definitely a good build up to the final one next. I will say that Fallon was completely childish and ungrateful in the beginning and I’m glad Gia said it. I hate that it took falling for Lore to get her head out of her a**. But once she did it was angels singing. I mean how could you not love him.
Love, love, love this series so far. I’m so excited for book 3 and to dive back into this world with these amazing characters.

This second novel in the Kingdom of Crows series is pretty good. Better than the first novel. The MC is still clueless but a little less so. The male love interest makes me a little mad with his protect at all costs behavior (allowing the MC not much freedom) but he grows a little in the novel for the better. I’ll be excited to read the third installment when it comes out.
