My gods, Tan is adorable, dramatic, and so powerful, it's a lovely contrast! I'm glad Devan has practice having the patience of a saint! I can't wait to see what other adventures these two go on (and hopefully some of them involve dethroning the princess)!

This was such a fun read! I wanted to read something lighthearted and fun and I definitely got that with this book. So funny I really enjoyed it and I’m definitely going to read the rest of the series!
1. I don’t like that they called the princess bitch constantly. I mean yeah she was really mean and evil or whatever but I mean come one. Get a thesaurus. Be original.
2. I don’t like that the evil “bitch princess” had “irrational mood swings” it’s just tacky. Your being tacky by using language that has been used to minimize women for years
3. (All good things come in threes) although I liked this enough to finish, it was short, I really feel like the writing was lacking in general. I’ll still read the next one because it was easy enough and what I’m looking for but I mean begrudgingly.
