I loved this book so much. There was a lot of feelings going on and I am so glad that Jared is starting to feel less guilty each day. He came to his senses before its to late and Aly never gave up on him. I would gladly re-read this book because it was heartwarming and beautiful. I could not put the book down with all this emotions in the book. I loved every moment of it. This is a great read.

We continue the love story of Aly and Jared and how they try to evolve...Took me a while to read this book....kept dragging on with how much Aly smell of coconut, sweet and good....how much she was too good for him....after half the book we hear a little less of how much he loves her and we realized how much he's fucked up and needs helps!!
The story gets more intense and the end and its more emotional and so so good..I'm extremely happy to have kept reading.
Its a good follow-up...still think its a little too much repetitive but still a good love story

This is the beautiful conclusion of Jared and Aly's story! I cannot really review this one separately from Come to Me Quietly. The two meld together as one - truly. My favorite thing thing about AL Jackson is that she is not stingy with her words. When you read one of her books, you are getting a full and complete story with incredible character development. We learned SO much about Jared and Aly and it made me feel incredibly connected with both characters and their struggles.

Come to Me Quietly was my first AL Jackson read and I knew halfway through that I was hooked! Funny story - I started Come to Me Quietly on a Friday night and stayed up the entire night to finish. By 8:30am or so, I finally finished. Problem was, I needed Come to Me Softly and there was no way I could adult without finishing it! I told my husband I had an awful migraine and stayed in bed. Instead of resting... I bought book 2 and finished it up too. Never before in my LIFE had a book captured me like that. It was after this series that I KNEW I loved to read... I had just been reading the wrong books before it!

I was happy. I was sad. I was relieved. I was mad. I laughed a little and I had a really good cry. This book is anything but soft!

Loved it!

First of all, when I read Come to me Quietly I fell in love with Aly, Jared & Chris! When I finished that book I wanted to get my hands on the next book right away. I wanted to know more about how Aly and Jared would cope with all of the things that happened in their lives. This book did not disappoint. I loved reading about how Jared eventually worked through all of his struggles. Aly was so understanding and their love was pure. Aly is one of my favorite heroines, both Aly and Jared will hold a special place in my heart. Jared is a wonderful book boyfriend, who has worked his way up to my top 5. I cant wait for Chris's book to be released, I really want to know what type of girl will change his player ways. Also I hope we will get to see more of Jared & Aly.

A.L. Jackson continues to amaze me with her writing. This author has a way of sucking me in and making me feel Every. Single. Emotion. After reading this book I was a emotional wreck. I couldn't sleep and was in a book hangover for days. Jackson continues to grow as a writer. Her books make you think and you learn some valuable life lessons along the way.

The book picks right where we left off in CTMQ. Jared makes his intentions clear for Aly. He keeps his word and treats Aly like the Queen she is but all isn't well. Jared is hurting so bad and trying so hard to pretend that everything is okay. It was clear to everyone he wasn't okay and needed to get help. Aly is such an amazing woman. She has never given up on Jared even when others felt he was a lost cause. Jared refusal to deal with the past causes some intense moments between him and Aly. I was so torn while reading because I wanted Jared to get the help he needs but I understood his fear. I was so relieved Jared was able to come to terms with his past. He blamed himself for so many years. He was just a kid who made a mistake and felt he should suffer for the rest of his life. The reunion with him and his father at the mothers grave site tore my heart out. I actually had to stop reading at that point and take a breather. I'm glad Jared was able to get some much needed closure.

Anyone who reads this book will not be disappointed. Jackson's writing just keeps getting better and better! I can't wait for the next book in this series!!

Come to Me Softly was much less dramatic than I anticipated, and so, I enjoyed it more than I expected. There were some things that were resolved a little bit too easily for my liking, but the overall story and character development was really good, and I am looking forward to reading the last book in this trilogy.

Some books do not need a sequel. This was one. It was so boring I couldn’t finish it.
