This book was.....interesting. I'm not sure I would call this a self help book but let's be honest, anyone reading this book isn't doing so because they're looking for sage advice from Steve O. They're reading it because either they're a fan or they're somehow interested in what Steve O has to say. If you're in that category, I'd definitely recommend at least skimming it, if not reading the whole thing.

Parts of the book felt incredibly long and slightly repetitive. It would've made more of an impact on me had it been about 25-50% shorter. I did like a lot of the stories in the book. The insight to what Steve O has been up to for the last several years was interesting as I've fallen off the bandwagon with him & the Jackass crew for the last decade or so.

Last sentence was a banger for sure.

A sufficient book one would expect from Steve-o. An odd premise, of being part self-help, but I was more interested in the autobiographical aspects that he shares. Definitely only recommended to his fans, non-fans probably won’t appreciate this book as Steven comes across as very narcissistic and arrogant.
