Delicious, daring, and brutal with its honesty at times. Lots of discussion of her work with Mario Batali and Anthony Bourdain. I devoured this book.

Lukewarm recommend

This audiobook didn't work for me. It was filled with story after story of drug, alcohol, and sex filled excesses. It was repetitive and boring. 

As someone who occasionally drops the f-bomb, cursing doesn't bother me; however, the over-the-top cursing ruined the book's flow. It was more about the cursing than the actual writing. 

There were two confirmations: Mario Batali is a tool, and Tony Bourdain was a nice guy!
