This book successfully drew me away from writing my essay and then kept me away — probably not for the better of my grade, but at least I enjoyed myself. I can't wait to immerse myself in the rest of this series!
Great writing, suspense, and romance. Wasn't disappointed at all. If you're a fan of romantic suspense, definitely check out this book (series)!

I really liked Sam and Nick. They were awesome characters and I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series since it continues with them in the way of J.D. Robb's In Death series. The mystery of who killed Senator O'Conner had me guessing until the end. I never would have solved that one. It was a little gruesome at some points. I don't like reading about rape at all and I have put books down because if it before but it was sooo close to the end in this one that I stuck it out.

Awesome read! Glad there will be more books in the series.
Apparently someone said it’s the best romantic thriller so I went and downloaded it. And now I can’t it’s best or even good per se. Very lacklustre and chemistry-less angst and romance. The thriller and mystery part was somewhat interesting because I wanna know who unalived the senator.

I loved this romantic suspense novel...the characters had great chemistry and the storyline had me gripped.
