I really enjoyed how Lark and Wyatt got off on the wrong foot and later started to figure out that their first thoughts about each other weren't right.

Lark is a woman who has a free spirit, she's sassy and has a heart of gold, while Wyatt is a grump who tries to juggle multiple things at ones; fatherhood, career, his family and three teenagers to keep out of trouble. Quite fast Wyatt understands he can't do it all on his own and he demands Lark to become his personal assistant. Lark takes over a lot of his tasks and starts to build a bond with Penny, Wyatt's seven year old daughter.

Their attraction towards each other is intense, but they try to stay clear of one another. But when their lives start crossing and they have to spend more time together the lines are getting blurred. I have to say that I was absolutely surprised by the moment where they saw each other naked for the first time. It was definitely not the way I was expecting, but I loved it. It made the book more unique. Towards the end I was afraid a 3rd act break up would occur, but luckily it didn't and I enjoyed how it was written. And I guess it's a good thing to really miss something that you love so much sometimes. It definitely gives you a good overview of how much you love and care about something or someone.

The story was perfectly written and I really started to love all the characters and I can't wait to learn more about the one and only Sullivan sister Katie!

This is my first book by Lena Hendrix and wow was it good! The spice was spicing 😉🍆 I really enjoyed her writing and the characters. I’m so intrigued by the kings and the Sullivan’s. I can’t wait to read more. Then narrators were fabulous. The story is in duel narration.

Loved it,

The chemistry, the spice, the love and affection. Finished it in one session and can’t wait for the next book !

I got this book in a 4 pack audiobook deal. I wasn’t sure I would like it but come on Sebastian York? Yeah I loved it! He could read a phone book and I would swoon! I enjoyed the story very much. The small town, the family was amazing and a hot single NFL dad?? Yes please! Definitely worth listening to!

I enjoyed this - but it's definitely the weakest Sullivan Family book. A little too insta-love from what's supposed to be a grump. That being said I still loved Wyatt and his dirty af mouth
