Didn't love it as much as I thought I would - it definitely helped me question some biases around eating. I've always been anti-diet culture, but this takes it a step further to help you explore how you feel about food in general since we've all grown up in this society. Trying to figure out my values as a parent.

It was a bit too triggering for me at this moment in my life.

2.5. Some truly helpful, interesting stuff here. But also seems determined to ignore some fairly clearly facts.

I wanted more tips for parents to combat fat-phobia, but I didn't feel there were many? Lots of side-tangents on issues that I couldn't see the connection to fat-phobia. They felt like the author just wanted to share her opinions on these topics.

Great as an audiobook. Definitely something every parent should read.
