3.50⭐️ It was fine.., not nearly as good as the first two, albeit the first two books being books I read when I just gotten into reading (meaning: they were nostalgic to me, and I wasn’t really exposed to as much books as I have now).
There are things I love and dislike about JLB’s books:
Things I love:
1. Her plots (the premise) of her books.
2. Her minddd!! (all the mysteries and the thrill of decoding the book)
3. Easy to read: I always finish her book under two days (and that’s coming from someone that’s a slow reader mind u…)
Things I didn’t like:
1. All the characters were really formulaic and flat. And tbh, up until the second book I didn’t like the author’s direction for Avery, Jameson, and Grayson. The only character I liked was Xander. So as of the third book, I was not invested in the characters plot whatsoever.
2. The plot was predictable but offered a good time.
3. Ending felt rushed, didn’t really felt the closure whilst reading the final few chapters, esp when it came to ending such a big series.
4. I wanted to know more about how it came to be (there were many plot holes, and plots that were written just to continue the story), it didn’t felt cohesive when reading it.
This book was good, but I was expecting more since the first two were great!! I think I was just let down…having said that, this was an OK ending to an overall recommended series.

qué divertidos están siendo estos libros, yo quiero ser uno de ellos jooo
casi me explota la cabeza. a veces me costaba un poco ordenar el árbol genealógico pero esto ha sido una locura en el mejor de los sentidos
he empatizado muchísimo con avery porque somos literalmente la misma persona y pensamos igual. me duelen los hombros de estar en tensión, no me fiaba de nadie
me siento fatal por haber desconfiado de oren porque es literalmente la mejor persona de toda la saga, gracias por tantísimo :(
me ha encantado el desarrollo de personaje que han tenido todos en este libro. jameson a veces me sacaba de quicio, pero su manera de actuar siempre es muy coherente con su forma de ser y puedo llegar a entender sus actitudes en ciertos momentos. lo mío con él es personal.
grayson ha sido mi favorito esta vez, me ha encantado verle absolutamente roto. me siento un poco regu porque mi chico se merece que le pasen cosas buenas y este libro ha sido un palo tras otro, pero realmente creo que necesitaba este choque para salir del bucle en el que estaba metido
xander es todo lo que está bien y me encantaría verle interactuar más con la amiga de avery porque son monísimos :(((
libby y nash lo son todo para mí, he visto que hay una novela con relatos cortos de este universo y tengo muchas ganas de leerlo solo por ver qué desarrollo tienen ellos <3
con el final me he quedado un poco tiesa, no es lo que me esperaba y mucho menos lo que yo hubiera hecho en su lugar pero me ha gustado mucho. estoy un poco confusa porque voy a empezarme el cuarto libro, que ocurre un año después, pero acaban de mencionar algo que me parece que sale en otra saga y no sé en qué orden se leen los libros de esta autora
