I loved this book! It hooks you in right from the beginning, and I appreciate that. Cristian defiantly keep me on my toes throughout the entire book, and boy was it hot!!
Woah. Uh if you want some dark romance smut this is your book. I’ve been reading Charity Ferrell and she warned this was dark but holy cow she wasn’t lying. This is Natalia and Cristian’s story. Cristian is Gigis father who is Natalia’s best friend. He is also a mafia king. And a big name in the town. He’s known as the monster. Natalia had been dating Vinny Lompardi from a different mafia family. But his father had arranged for him to marry someone else. He told Natalia that they could stay together but they could never marry. He began to fuck every girl in the town and she wouldn’t stick around for that so she left. Vinny put a bounty on her head for 500,000 dead or alive or 1 million alive and safe. Natalia went to Cristian for protection. He told her he would give it to her if she shared secrets. She was scared but she didn’t want to die and trusted that her friends handsome father would protect her. He took her to lunch in a public place so everyone could see them together. Natalia fights Cristian back and he’s not used to that. He’s used to girls obeying him. Cristians plan was to use Natalia for secrets and then use her as bait to take Vinny down. Vinny is an asshole and he doesn’t want him to get the Lonpardi heir he would prefer that his brother Antonio did. All the mafias work together in a way and try to with hold a truce but Cristian knows the Vinny plans to be a mafia lord and control them all, he is power hungry and Cristian doesn’t like that. After lunch that day he tells Natalia to give up the secrets and she tells him what she knows which isn’t much but is something. Benny, Cristians son offers to marry Natalia so she’ll truly have protection. The only way to truly protect someone in the mafia is to be a part of the family. Cristian says no that Benny is already supposed to marry Neomi. Gigi offers for Cristian to marry Natalia just for protection purposes and he says no. He offers one of his new men and Natalia says no. He says that’s all he can do for her and she can go home. That guy escorts her home and Vinny is waiting for her. He shoots that guy who claims he’s going to marry Natalia. Natalia fools Vinny and sprays him with pepper spray and runs away. She steals a truck at a gas station to get back to the Marchettis. Cristian let’s her back in but plans to use her as bait. He tells her they’re going for lunch but instead he takes her to an alley where the Lompardis are waiting. He told them an eye for an eye he wants one of their guys. And 50 K and he’ll give up Natalia. He shoots their guy and says he changed his mind instead of money he wants Vinny. Vincent refuses to give up his son. Rocky, Cristians best man, is holding Natalia for them. Cristian decided the best way to get revenge on Vinny would be to marry Natalia so he announced they will be marrying. Natalia is enraged but knows it’s her only way for protection. Cristian tells her if she doesn’t fuck him he will satisfy himself elsewhere. After Cristian announced he will marry Natalia, rocky is upset because he thought Cristian would marry his daughter Carmella who he had had sexual interactions with. Cristian tells him he had never planned to marry Carmella. Natalia sucks Cristians dick that night. After she sees his hard erection she can’t help herself. He then eats her out. Natalia disobeys Cristian at breakfast and doesn’t sit by him so he forces her too. She then flirts with Benny which pisses Cristian off. She hands him a knife and tells him his threats of killing her are getting old. He presses it lightly to her neck and then plays with the blood and licks it. I’m like wtf just happened
Gorgeous Monster is the first book in this series of standalone, age-gap, best friend's father, mafia romance. This is my first book read from the author and with that very interesting blurb, I have decided to get lost into this chaotic world of mafia. Cristian is your definition of anti-hero, no doubt. He's a cold-hearted, calculating, murdery, no-fucks-to-give mob boss. While Natalia is passionate, impulsive, mouthy and fiery heroine. Together, they compliment each other's character. Natalia taught Cristian that there is more to his life, while Cristian showed Natalia the love that she deserves. If you're a fan of alpha heroes and mafia romance, then this book is perfect for you! Can't wait to read Benny's story next!

AH it was such a fun quick read for me I loved how Natalia was not a fucking doormat like most girls in mafia books, she said what tf she said and meant every word of it and I love her for it
Cristian was mean to her and whatnot but when somebody disrespected her ohhh best believe he gone deal with you right there and then okay and we love that.
They just made the perfect pair and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it because the last few mafia books i tried to read just weren't for me and I'm glad I found this one
