I was so excited to receive the ARC of this book as the first two books in the series were my favourite reads for 2022 and this didn't disappoint. It was so fun to dive back into this world with little snippets of the characters from the previous two books as well as getting to explore Madeline's journey of self discovery and her relationship with the two delicious new characters. Emily's characters have so much depth and the contemporary voice in the regency setting makes them so easy to connect and relate to. The relationship between these three is so emotionally charged and raw whilst being chaotic, joyful and hot as hell at the same time. All I need in life is for John Warren to call me a good girl. This book had me laughing, crying and swooning, such a great addition to the series and a great start to my 2023 reading year. I can't wait for George's Novella

This is a standalone but it’s in the same series as the Second Sons duology. And because Emily Rath is my new favorite author she gives a “previously on” before you begin. I can’t… she is a gem. 

 

Second chance romance and marriage of convenience? Loving the tropes. And loved the two men. Definitely a fun mènage where everyone loves everyone. It doesn’t get better than that. 

 

Medium burn with daisy chain, primal play, spitroast, dp, and spanking.
