Tucci’s first memoir, Taste, was one of my favorite memoirs ever! This unfortunately did not live up to that high. This book was written in a diary format which at times was random and disjointed. Still entertaining to hear about his life, food, family, and film though. Biggest point I learned is how much pasta he actually eats and how I wish my body would allow 😅

Delightful book about the adventures food can lead to.

This is a daily diary of Tucci's 2023, detailing what he cooked and ate as well as his work and family life. As a foodie I enjoyed it, although it wasn't as good as his last book and got slightly monotonous towards the end. I've seen some reviews that found his (frequent) complaints about his privileged life annoying, but I'm quite fascinated by the lives of the rich and famous!

Stanley Tucci narrates his diary across a year. Through a log of his meals and the people with whom he shares them, he invites you into his home, his world, and his mind. Pretentious at times because… well, it’s Stanley Tucci. But generally it’s a charming peak into his daily life, especially interesting if you like food (and more so if you love Italian food).(A word of caution for the audiobook listeners, though: his voice is almost too relaxing.)

I loved listening to this book so much. Stanley is wonderful.
