This was such a delightful listen! With a mix of hearing stories, recipes, and daily recaps, this book was so fun.

Pretty much exactly what I’ve come to expect from Stanley Tucci. Slightly pretentious, but lovable. I’m constantly amazed that he has kids the same age as my kids because I can barely muster up the energy to do this at 36 let alone at 64. And then the food. He eats as much pasta as I WANT to be eating. It seems like he’s both proud and self conscious of what he cooks. If I knew him I would tell him his perfectionism isn’t necessary, as I’m sure everything he cooks is delicious. How could it not be, with the ingredients he chooses. At one point he describes how a perfected dish just harmonizes together and it seems like it’s meant to be, and could never be anything other than what it is. I understood that completely.
