love Scar and how powerful she is just like Ryan. I liked all the characters they all even each other out. The story did fit with the first book. Was a good read/listen love the narrators. I did feel the end was rushed out a bit. Would have liked to see Scar torture Enzo he deserved it especially cuz how he left her. Loved how Scar met all the guys had me laughing how she tied Caleb lol.

Hold onto your seat, folks, because today I did something absolutely wild! Brace yourselves because I rated a mafia romance book five stars! Yes, you read that right - FIVE STARS! And get this - the book's heroine is in the Italian mafia! As someone who's incredibly selective when it comes to mafia romances, this is definitely a shocking turn of events.
The author either comes from an Italian background or thoroughly researched Italian families. Certain wordings or phrases were spot on. So, saying I'm highly impressed is an understatement.
I am impressed by Scar's badassery and dark humor, and she is the epitome of what the Italian mafia should be.
Let’s add three smokin' men from different backgrounds of the mafia; I honestly could choose who I loved more. Maybe Caleb fought his feelings the hardest. The only thing I would give constructive criticism on is more of an in-depth backstory of Caleb, Niko, and Kenji
Syndicate of Sins is a must-read. It's a unique and refreshing intake on mafia romance that I for one enjoyed.

I don’t know what I expected next of the series but yet again here I am shocked at just how good Marie’s storytelling is. I will always fall head over heels for a why choose romance and this one did not disappoint in any way shape or form. The characters were all developed equally and had my heart from beginning to end. Another 10/10 read for me.

Ok I totally raved about the first book in this series (Skeletons of Society)and I am going to totally rave about this one too. It’s amazing. I enjoyed it so much and can not stop thinking about it. The characters, the story line, the world which has been created by Maria Maravilla, all of it is just brilliant.
This series is all about strong FMCs who don’t need a MMC to protect them. Scar is the epitome of this. We got a hint of how bad ass she is going to be in the first book but wow she is even better in this book - fearless, tough, stands her ground, super intelligent and willing to get the job done.
Add in three brilliant MMCs - Caleb, Niko and Kenji and you have a willing combination. This is a why choose story and why would you choose when you have these MMCs. All three are perfectly morally grey with a huge number of red flags which makes them the perfect partners to Scar. Oh and they are all obsessed with Scar and will do anything to support and protect Scar (even if she doesn’t need them to).
This really is an awesome series - I am absolutely obsessed and can’t wait to read the 3rd one.
