These were interesting short stories. Definitely not necessary fr the plot of the books, but it gives a bit of insight and extra information on the characters, so if you like Hana, Annabel, and/or Raven, definitely give this a read. It's a bit of extra side plot for each of the characters that you wouldn't know otherwise in the books. The stories are a little rushed, but that's to he expected with both the plot of each and the characters they revolve around. Raven's was definitely my favourite for the way it was written in the way it relates the past and present and jumps between them.

"Delirium Stories" koondab kolm lühijuttu Deliiriumi-maailma kangelannadest. Esimene on Hana viimasest suvest enne operatsiooni. Ta käib salajastel pidudel ning igatseb Lenat, oma parimat sõbrannat. Teine lugu on Lena emast Annabelist, tema ajast vanglas ning suurest põgenemisest. Kolmanda peategelaseks on Raven, keda Lena kohtas teisel pool tara.

Lugesin lühijutte peale sarja lõpetamist, kuid see oleks sobinud paremini lugeda enne viimast osa, sest Raveni lugu avalda ühe olulise detaili, mida kolmandat raamatut lugedes teada oleksin tahtnud. Mulle meeldis kõige rohkem Annabeli lugu, sest tema tegelane oli sarjas kõige salapärasem. Kokkuvõtteks olid lühijutud toredaks täienduseks sarjale, andes veidi lisainfot.

I loved how these three stories filled in the parts that were missing in the books, very insightful and a must read if you've read the delirium series.

I read Delirium and Pandemonium quite a while ago. I was not sure what to pick up next so this seemed like a good filler.

This collection is basically three short stories from characters in the world of Delirium. I will rate and review the stories individually.

Hana

2.5/5 stars

Generally this was not anything new as the reader hears a condensed version from the main storyline. But this did fill in the blanks as to what was going on in Hana's mind and why she chose to rebel. There is also a scene where she meets with Lena and Alex that occurred in the first book. You will get an all around perspective from reading this story along with Delirium as that is from Lena's pov. I did not really like this as the style of writing seemed too ambitious. Like trying to impress too badly.

Annabel

3/5 stars

This one is about Lena's mother, Annabel. It jumps from her past to her present. Her past showing how the world was like just as the government was introducing the Cure to the people. It also documents how she met Lena's father. Which was actually pretty cute. The present illustrates the days leading up to her escape from the Crypt, the facility she has been imprisoned in for many years. Life has been stolen away from her. Tortured and treated with the barest human decency, she longs for the day where she can see open sky again. I liked this one but it was sad.

Raven

3/5 stars

Another eye opener to a strong character in the series. It shows her past, joining the homestead in the Wilds and how she met Tack "Michael". It was nice to see how she loves him and has hopes of leaving the resistance to start a life away from everything. The secret ways they show their love for each other made me smile. The biggest surprise, which I actually guessed when the story started was pleasant but sad in a way.

Overall this compilation is satisfying but not outstanding. Good for a quick afternoon read to learn more about the world of Delirium and it's characters. But not a must read.

After giving it another shot, I was able to finish this time.  When I realized the third book has stories from Hana I had to read these novellas. I do really like hearing from these characters, nice to have more information on everything going on. Some of it surprised me and I'm eager to see how this all plays into the third and final book.
