Dnf at 40% and skipped to the end where the plot twist was revealed in the last chapter and honestly if I read through the whole book and then that happened at the end I would’ve been pissed and felt like I wasted all that time.

You can say this is like the Mindfuck series but you know what Lana is doing the whole time whereas with Sofia she just seems to be recovering and protecting her sister. Alittle one sided personality wise. This was a struggle to read and I wasn’t excited to pick this up. Also Maddox was soooooo sub

I read this whole book in one sitting! Wow! What an emotional roller coaster ride! This was my first book by [a:Macy T. Riosa|23276964|Macy T. Riosa|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1672060035p2/23276964.jpg] and will definitely not be my last. The spice was top notch! There were some inconsistencies and plot holes (that I think will be cleared up in the next book), but it was easy to overlook all that because of how good the overall story was. Well done!

It was a roller coaster of emotions, Sofia and Valentina’s relationship was the most beautiful form of sisterhood I’ve ever read. Maddox was exactly what the girls wanted, a protective, kind and strong man. The way he loves Sofia knows no boundaries and he is ready to sacrifice anything for her to be happy. It’s one of my best reads in 2024 so far.❤️
