Although well structured and informative I should have read it rather then listen to the audiobook. I found that the structure of the audiobook was kind of like having a discussion with both the authors present in the room with you. Personally I don't really enjoy those... Don't get me wrong, both did an amazing job and the information itself was very well presented, I just would have enjoyed it more in a physical format.

Great audiobook! I felt like I was listening to an Oprah podcast. I love the idea of getting rid of “What’s wrong with you” and replacing it with “What happened to you?” Obviously there is a time and place to ask such a thing, but we must know at this point, we all act the way we do because of the lives we have lived and the things we have gone through. I definitely recommend it.
