This was a good collection of short stories, but some definitely felt weaker than others. It was pretty slow-paced. I wished some of the stories were longer, and that some were shorter. Not the kind of book I would usually pick up, but I don’t regret picking this one up from the library.

A great book!! An amazing debut collection. Some stories are only a few pages long but very quickly grab the reader. Others are longer but wish they would continue. Many stories focus on life’s little decisions, observations, etc. Highly recommended!
I do not like these stories and I do not like this book. I don’t mind uncomfortable stories, I don’t mind being uncomfortable, but this is too much

Super boring and surface level stories, the writing is almost juvenile
Just wasn't vibing with it. I liked one of the stories, but the endings were all very samey in a way that got tiresome fast and the characters weren't strong enough to carry my interest despite that.
