Got around 8 Chapters in and it's just written very clunky, like a fanfiction instead of a novel. Needed an editor big time. Wish it was better because the premise was what I was looking for.

A very sweet relationship overall. Deals with some heavy topics like overcoming past bullying. The main couple get together pretty quickly, but the pacing in the middle felt a bit slow. It felt like the story could be shortened and would still be effective.
But always remember that this is from my perspective and from my preference and taste . You might not like it and that will be perfectly fine, but you should absolutely give it a try.

Not just sexy, but so heartwarming! It'll make you horny AND make you cry. I do wish the author had a better editor because there's some bothersome typos, but it's worth plowing through those. I can't even tell you with MC I like best... I love them both. And the supporting characters are also wonderful.

This book is 450+ pages, but it only covers as much ground as a 250-page book. It wasn't BAD at all, but it really needs a good editor. There's a lot of superfluous stuff that is cute but doesn't drive the story at all, and the grammar/punctuation needs someone to take a hatchet to it. I started out highlighting every issue in my ebook, but I had to stop because it was SO MANY highlights. This book could win a prize for most run-on sentences or maybe most misused commas. Seriously, an editor would up this a star, and a really good editor might even make this 5 stars. The author has a good premise that is reasonably well executed, with totally reasonable prose. Lots of potential here. I will say, the smut is GRATUITOUS. Like, I started skimming it eventually because there was just so much and it was almost never tied into plot at all. If that's your thing, tack on an extra star.
