OMFG!!!!This paranormal horror erotica was where it’s at. The ghosts/demons were doing the damn thing.
Tragic story of family trying to start a new life after dad and twin brother died in tragic car accident. They move into this Victorian home and weird shit happens. Camryn and Dominic both in college and make new friends. Foreshadows Dominic likes her even tho he hates her because he blames her on his dad and brother’s death. She starts seeing shit and mom is never there because she works at a hospital with an hr drive each way. Her friends convince her to play with a ouiji board to communicate with the spirits to find out who’s there and they find out it’s a demon. Friends start dropping like flies and they start researching everything. Demon really starts ramping up the violence. Then plot twist thrown at you. Camryn was adopted and was the granddaughter of the man that started this whole BS with the demon years before. She finds a way to kill the demon but her and Dominic finally does it and you think they made it out. NOPE they both died and now a group of kids that know the lore of the house goes there with a ouiji board to communicate to spirits and awakens the spirit once again.

I never want Harleighs books to be over but I raced to the end
Harleigh is a master of writing books that make you question your sanity. 😂
This was a great spooky season read and a twisted dive into horror. The amount of times I yelled at my kindle at these characters made me feel like I really was watching a scary movie.
As always, the spice delivers and is dark and filled with hate, fear and obsession.

This started out really fun! Loved the tension between dom and Camryn, although they were making many stupid decisions regarding this demon. The book stretched a little too long I think, but the spice was delicious and I’ll definitely read more of harleighs stuff!
