This was a cute companion piece. A few short stories that give a little non essential back story to some relationships. Fun adventures that wrapped up quickly. I skipped the puzzles at the back.

Picture me (a 25 yr old) checking this from the library cause I'm so excited for the upcomming show
Soooo I should have read this BEFORE the Last Olympian books. Here I was thinking "Where the hell did Bob come from?! Do I remember that little from the first books??"
This was good. The first two stories were better. Sort of like "friendship, aw yeah!" The last one I kept going "but if Hades was locked down, HOW DID YOU THREE GET IN?" I know Persephone brought them, so she probably opened a special door or something, but it was never explained. She even said, "No one can get in or out." Although, then she went on to say something like, "spirits are finding ways out faster than we can shut them" or something, so I was like uuuuuuuuuug inconsistency!
Also, I realized while reading it that I really miss Percy's mom, and I just want a story where Annabeth and Percy get their families together for Christmas, and they open presents and things are nice. UNCLE RICK, MAY I PLEASE HAVE THIS?
But yeah, I enjoyed this.

I'd never picked this one up before because I didn't realize it existed (if I had though I probably would have just assumed it was extra unimportant fluff), but you kinda have to read it before you read Heroes of Olympus. If you don't, the whole bit with Bob the Titan leaves you really confused until this puts it in perspective. As a whole though, the stories were cute.
i got it today as late bday gift and just read it in a one sitting :D it was so good to read just percy's stories, i just love them
