A breath of fresh air! Loved it from start to finish. Enjoyed the second half the most as it picked up pace and got into the heat of the different relationships ! ❤️

I was an enormous JW fan as a little girl and was excited to get in to this reunion of the Girls. However, Ellie is as wet as ever, constantly unable to decide what she wants and stand up for herself. Magda and Nadine are 2-Dimensional and not explored nearly as much as they could’ve been and all 3 have seemingly struggled to have any character development since year 9 at all. The plot is a little non-existent and some scenes just seem to repeat a few times. In addition, although Ellie is 40, the language is very very outdated and the scenes of her supposedly 20 year daughter speaking are comically old-school. Nonetheless, the references to old JW books, the familiar flow and the nostalgia renders it an easy and decently entertaining read.
