Still read very much like a YA Jacqueline Wilson book but the nostalgia made it very enjoyable.

ALSO - Erotica or reading about sex is not my bag at all but when it was mentioned in this book it was just really really repetitive and even less for me.

This was a nostalgic read for me, and it was nice to be reunited with old characters but I’ve probably outgrown this type of storytelling and Ellie’s internal narrative was far too negative for my liking nowadays. Read it for the memories.
