So disappointing because I loved her books when I was younger. This was boring, predictable and felt like your mum telling you about her sex life. Some parts gave me the ick.

Really wanted to like this book as it's like going down memory lane. I found the book slow and repetitive and I became quite frustrated with the storyline. It started to pick up at the end but it was predictable throughout.

I wanted to love it but it was just okay.

I'll be honest, I never read the Girls series (probably the only Jacqueline Wilson I never read) but I don't really think that mattered.

The book is really predictable. A lot of plot points are rushed and pointless (stalker). I did like the call backs to JW's previous books but it wasn't enough.

The book also just stopped, I'd have liked an epilogue. Also there was very little plot, a lot was said, bit little happened.

Overall, it's meh and pretty forgettable.
