Obsessed doesn’t even begin to cover it. Huge thanks to my @bnwhitemarsh book club pals (and me, let’s be honest 😂) for voting for it because otherwise it might’ve kept gathering dust on my shelf, and what a tragedy that would’ve been.
Blunder is a land trapped by a deadly mist laced with dark magic. Touch it, and you’re not just infected… you’re doomed. Elspeth has kept her own infection hidden for years, but one fateful encounter at Equinox sets everything spiraling. Can she save Blunder and herself before time runs out?
The worldbuilding had me hooked, the characters are unforgettable, and the magic system? Genuinely one of the coolest I’ve read. The rhymes alone deserve their own round of applause. And then there’s Ravyn Yew… 🥵 Enough said.
I don’t want to spoil anything, but just know: this book gave me everything I wanted and more. I loved every single page.
