Perfect Spidey art, Bagley in top form! I have always liked Zardsky’s writing. It’s a fun homage to the wall crawler and interesting to do a “real-time” take on the character and mythos. 5 stars for art and ideas, but 3 overall because the characters never made sense to me. They felt off, even within the story itself, and there were several points where the narrative took a sharp turn that felt out of place. Over all a fun read with the right amount of quirk and great art.

Condensing Spider-Man’s life into 6 issues is a near impossible task, but it’s done well here

I don't read much (read any) Spider man so this was an interesting way of exploring the story.

This was a pretty cool run through Peter Parker's life. There's some definite assuming that you're familiar with major events in the comics, but I still enjoyed it. Usually it was just confusing at the beginning of a new decade and orienting to what's going on. I'm kinda shocked by how shitty Peter is in his personal life, but I think it's done well. He's not really a likeable guy in his middle years, but still a hero. Like him letting Ben think he's the real Peter so he could pawn the responsibility of being Spider-man off on him and repair things with MJ was kinda a dick move.

It took 6 months to get this on other from my local chic book shop but it was worth it. My only complaint is that i wish it was longer.
