I just haven't enjoyed this series as much as the original trilogy. I don't resonate with the characters, which makes certain storytelling points have less impact. I did however enjoy the interactions with the rest of the Cosmere, and look forward to seeing some of these parts come together when I re-read the Stormlight Archives.

What a way to end era 2 with a bang! (Mild spoilers)
Overall I adored this book, as we got to see some amazing sides of characters which were previously unseen. The amount of cosmere references were honestly shocking, and I kinda miss the days when it seemed like a secret you had to dig for, but I figured it would get to this point eventually and I’m not terribly mad about it. Overall an awesome book, and I can’t wait to see how this plays into the larger conflict within the cosmere.

One of the weaker Mistborn books for me, though I liked Wayne's arc. The completeness with the story at the beginning being fulfilled at the end worked very well and felt polished. Also him getting annoyed at how rich he's gotten. "I said to give it to the people that don't have houses." Never change Wayne. Never change.

Also vielleicht eher 3,5 Sterne, aber ich fand auch das letzte Buch hat sich nicht viel weiter verbessert. Also klar, es sind zwischendurch echt interessante Parts reingekommen, wobei beim Lesen dann auch Aufregung kam.
