A good summer light romance read. I thought after reading that it would make for a good movie a la The Notebook, and then thought none of her bookshelves been adapted, so googled and saw this is being developed as a series. It probably could be fit into a movie, but interested to watch the series. Overall cute summer friends to lovers story set in nearby cottage country, which added to the enjoyment.

Honesty I looked up the end because I was feeling really icky about Percy trying to get with Sam on the weekend of his mother’s funeral. Finding out she slept with his brother was the end of it for me…. Like wtf.
