Marriage of convenience + second chance romance + friends (to enemies) to lovers + romantic suspense = this book! So many of my favorites wrapped up in this one!
I devoured Help Me Remember a few months ago, and the epilogue hooked me on Emmett and Blake and their mystery marriage! Both have left the military but are still in law enforcement. Blake has been investigating a case that led her back to Rose Canyon - and ultimately back to her sheriff husband. In the flashback chapters we learn more about how these two formed a friendship, agreed to a marriage of convenience, and what went wrong that led to them both being heartbroken.
I really loved seeing Blake drop her walls and admit Emmett has always been her safe place. These two drive each other crazy, but when it comes down to it, they fully trust the other has their back and will protect them…which they have to do a lot in this book!
A heartfelt, steamy, suspenseful story, filled with twists and turns I really didn’t see coming! Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from Rose Canyon! Can’t wait for my special edition paperback to arrive! Happy pub day Corinne Michales! Once again you got me hooked on the epilogue and now I NEED Holden’s book!

I needed this book and Blakely and Emmett’s story after that tease at the end of book one. I was intrigued and needed to know what happened and how everything would end up.
Blakely was tough as nails. She’s headstrong, protective, and fearless. She gets inside her head sometimes which causes her to suppress her feelings. She’s afraid to give all of herself fearful that by doing so she’ll subject herself to pain of losing those she loves. I really liked Blake’s growth throughout the book and how she worked out things that were keeping her from fully giving and accepting love.
Emmett stole my heart. He was amazing, protective, caring, selfless, and loving. The way he loved Blakely with this whole heart and wasn’t scared to show it had me sighing. He definitely had my swoon-factor at high.
Blakely and Emmett were the perfect amount of stubborn and sweet. They really were perfect for each other. They helped each other and made one another better. Their chemistry was *chef’s kiss* and their connection was unbreakable.

Corinne Michaels is back at it with another small town romantic suspense! I couldn’t put Give Me Love down, it’s the second book in the Rose Canyon series and brought me back to the characters I grew to love in Help Me Remember.
I’m keeping this spoiler free as I enjoyed watching these two work through their past while working together on a missing person case. In the best way, I experienced a roller coaster of emotions while reading this book. Full of banter and mystery, you’ll love being back in Rose Canyon!

Though this was quite entertaining, both Blakely and Emmett need some serious couples therapy. The couple from the Ice Planet Barbarians have better communication skills than these two.

Corinne Michaels is an author that if she writes it, I’m gonna read it. I’ve had each of the Rose Canyon books preordered and anxiously waiting their delivery to start reading. I loved Help Me Remember and was excited to continue the journey in Rose Canyon with Emmett and Blakely. They will bring you all the feels with some spice along the way.
In true Corinne Michaels fashion, this book will have you sitting on the edge of your seat thinking “That did not just happen!” only to bring you towards a fantastic conclusion. I can’t wait to read more from Rose Canyon.

Give Me Love is quintessential Corinne Michaels – an epic love story that will surely put you through the emotional wringer.
