This one was a little better than the last one, but I have to say I'm ready for this to be over and Neferet to be DEAD!!!!
Another enjoyable HoN book. Not just filler, actually moved the story along. I can't wait to see Neferet go down.
The latest installment in the House of Night series turned out to be pretty decent. The last few books felt like the story was kind of stagnant and the author's were stalling the storyline, however this one moved the story into new directions and I finally feel like it's going somewhere. I enjoyed the book and would also recommend reading [b:Lenobia's Vow|11551045|Lenobia's Vow (House of Night Novellas, #2)|P.C. It's not necessary, but it gives a better understanding to one of the elements in this book.
Honestly the best book in the series so far. Finally the characters have matured enough
This book was really good however near the end I was a little bit disappointed. I feel like nothing is really being resolved or anything.
Just like all the other books in the series I loved it. The only thing I'm less fan of is all the different POV's. I also find it disappointing how few Zoey and Stark moments there are but aside from that I loved it. When I was reading the end at the lavender farm my dad was cutting the lavender outside in the garden and the smell just filled my room and I found it very fitting. =)
Ok I'm getting tired of this series. Something happens in each book, but it doesn't feel "major" enough. I want to be shocked!
I had a very love hate relationship with this book... It was dull and not well paced. A lot could have been left out. I was surprised by Kalona's turn about. I hope he stays this way til the end.
It was good, and the ending was very suspenseful and intense, but I'm really just reading the series at this point because I need to know how it ends. If it eventually ever does end, that is.
