WOW
I'm seriously crying while trying to figure out how to articulate why readers need to pick up this book.
Mental health has always been such a taboo subject. Always talked about behind closed doors in whispers. Never brought to light in the public because the shame and pain are so intense.
This story blows the door wide open off the hinges, turns on the light and screams into the public because there should be No Shame!
You have to give this book a chance. Step out of your comfort zone and take a chance on one of the most imperfect love stories you will ever read.

This isn’t going to be much of a review since the author would like for readers to go in completely blind and with an open mind.
This was a book all over my booktok so I just had to get it lol It’s was shocking to read and I was confused at times but it all made sense in the end. There’s a few things I didn’t liked at all about it and I would suggest just borrowing it instead of buying at first if you want to read it

This book is INFURIATING. It’s very clear the author didn’t do an ounce of research. DID is very misunderstood and highly stigmatized. Every word in this book contributes to this. Alters can’t “die” or “disappear”. Alters arent “splits” from someone’s personality. They aren’t “fake” or “imaginary”. IN-FUR-I-AT-ING. Hosts can’t just “call” for an alter. It’s not a situation where they can be like “eh, I don’t wanna deal with this. Who else is around? Bye!” “Oh you’re done? Ok I’m coming back!”
Also, the sex in this book is ridiculous. I love sex. I think it’s hot to read about it. This book? I can’t. It’s just a pile of sec and mental health lies.
I won’t say anything about this book because the author says it’s best to go in blind, and she was right.
I don't want to spoil the story, but let me just say that I LOVE YEO!!! His love for Kady was everything.
This book was a darker romance than I normally read. Definitely check trigger warnings. I went into this blind because I was told to and I didn’t see the plot twist coming. This was well written delving into some dark themes and done well I think.
There is absolutely no way I can tell you how awesome this book is without spilling something. With that said, GET THIS BOOK!! You will not regret it!
