Lydia is just a bit too relatable.

This was a really wonderful book. I'm just frustrated with the person who recommended it for other reasons. But I refuse to let that cloud my judgment.

The middle of the book was very difficult to get through because it felt like a bunch of stories about the family slowly decaying, but once the dots start connecting, once the math starts mathing DAAAAMN I could NOT put this book down! I hate marilyn smmmmmm i just do her white ass is to blameeeee (but also james) rlly it's all the parents' fault
