4.75⭐️ Natalie Haynes writes banger after banger after banger. Another superb non-fiction book in the same vein as Pandora’s Jar, I don’t understand how this author manages to write about Ancient Greece in the most addicting way ever. I particularly enjoyed the chapters on Hera, Hestia, and Athene and highly recommend the audiobook, which Haynes herself expertly narrates.

I thoughly enjoyed this book ! I listened to the audiobook and loved the lil personality flair. This is my year of learning new and different things and thought this was a great place to start and boy was i right ! It was so informative and the comparisons were interesting to combine. I got lost on some areas but that’s genuinely because of how large greek mythology as a subject is !!! I would recommend !
