Manners are important and Duckling shows that lesson.

Full of personality. Clever turn of events. The pigeon's list of things he's asked for is a riot. My daughter liked reading the parts where he shouts.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Mo Willems books. Every single one is adorable. In this one, the duckling gets a cookie just by asking (politely) and of course, this drives the pigeon crazy because he asks for stuff all the time and never gets it! A priceless read to anyone who has or works with toddlers or preschoolers. Perfect kids book is perfect.

Any Pigeon book gets 5 stars. I love Pigeon's exhaustive list of things he has asked for and not gotten.

This is really cute, and a great way to talk about manners with little ones. I would use it for a storytime, probably with older kids.

Pigeon and Duckling are back in this picture book about jealously and sharing. Another fun read aloud from the great [a:Mo Willems|33274|Mo Willems|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/authors/1199684071p2/33274.jpg].
